Delivery Information

At Big Man Menswear, we aim to make receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible. Below you will find full details on click and collect, UK mainland delivery, dispatch times and postcode-related delivery enquiries.

Click and Collect

You can choose click and collect at checkout and collect your order from our store in Barnsley.

Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday, between 8.30am and 5.00pm.

Please check our holiday opening times before travelling.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will call and email you so you can collect it at your convenience.

UK Mainland Delivery

All orders to UK Mainland are sent via FedEx UK Next Day Service.

Please note that next day delivery does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Any orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland

We can offer a mail order service for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
